Capgemini launches new viral campaign
Technology and consultancy firm Capgemini has announced that it is set to complement its Together Free Your Energies advertising campaign with a viral component.
According to B2B Marketing magazine, the company will launch a series of videos across the UK, France, Germany, India and the US in a bid to promote its brand.
The videos, which will be distributed via blogs, forums and websites such as YouTube and Dailymotion, are designed to specifically target both large private and public sector organisations.
Capgemini has not yet confirmed what the content of the video will be but divulged that it deals with “a strange phenomenon that hits big companies across the planet”.
The viral drive will be accompanied by video banners on sites such as ZDNet and Tom’s Hardware in November, which will be aimed at the IT sector.
Thierry Velut, brand manager of consulting, technology and outsourcing at Capgemini, told B2B Marketing magazine: “The objective of this new viral campaign is to continue to generate positive online buzz on the Capgemini brand and to illustrate our brand motto… in a fun and innovative way.”
