Honda in summer digital marketing push
Honda has announced that it is launching a new advertising campaign to encourage people to go for a drive in a Honda this summer.
The car manufacturer’s campaign will use a combination of direct and digital marketing with the intention of leaving a “lasting impression” of the brand’s passion for driving.
Honda Summer Drive Day will see motorists given the opportunity to drive up to three of the manufacturer’s cars.
Mark Khoo, senior account director at HS&P, said: “People’s weekend time is precious and this is especially the case with families.
“We wanted to offer attendees a memorable weekend and a lasting impression of Honda’s passion to deliver a premium ownership experience.”
According to Bloomberg, demand for Honda’s fuel efficient cars has seen its vehicles sell well in the US for a second month in a row.
Honda even faired well against domestic-brand vehicles, sales of which fell by a total of 18 per cent compared to 2007, by recording around a one per cent sales boost in the US.
