Welcome to the Zero Strategy marketing directory! Please read these guidelines carefully - listing in the directory isn't guaranteed and unsuitable submissions will be deleted.
Our audience...
- UK marketing professionals
- UK business owners
- Anyone with an interest in marketing
Please ensure before submission that your business or website is able to serve the UK market. While we will list international businesses, the preference for the directory is to keep it as UK focused as possible.
General guidelines...
- Sites that carry excessive advertising banners or text ads will not be accepted.
- Low content sites will not be accepted
- Sites with low quality copy will not be accepted.
- Sites which aggregate content from other sites will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Deep links are acceptable within certain categories.
- Multiple listings are acceptable if the site in question has sufficient reach to target different areas.
- Unrelated sites will not be accepted at all.
- Any form of search engine spam (e.g. keyword stuffing) apparent on sites will result in the site being rejected.
- Business sites with 3rd party advertising on them.
- Please ensure that your site title is the official name - not SEO targeting!
We're aiming to build a comprehensive directory, so the goal will always to be to list useful resources. If the content of your site or your business products and services is useful to our users then it's worth listing.
On deep links...
- Deep links are acceptable, particularly within the articles and guides section. However, we're looking to list high quality guides, not single page top ten lists!
- Don't submit deep links to single pages. Multiple listings (for example within different agencies categories) should all link to your site's homepage.
- Example - a deep link to a newspaper job section is acceptable (there's loads of content in that section) - but a link to your blog's "jobs link page" isn't acceptable.
On spam site submissions...
- Don't bother. They will be deleted.
- Sites which focus on their advertising rather than the content are likely to be rejected.
On picking categories...
- Pick the nearest suitable category (e.g. agencies vs news vs jobs vs articles).
- Don't worry if there isn't a 100% suitable sub category for you - we'll create a new one!
- You can also post new category requests on our directory support forums.
You can also post your press releases or any jobs and tenders you have on our forums, so why not come along and join the community?
