Networking websites ‘can give consumers what they want’
Organisations should take advantage of networking websites to offer users what they want as quick as possible, it is said.
Chief executive officer and co-founder of Talkbiznow.com Martin Warner questioned how it is possible to construct a single place that is highly adaptable and when someone lays their eyes on it they can see “a new shop front” for all companies.
“This moves towards this culture on the internet where people want information quickly and they want to transact,” Mr Warner comments, answering his own queries.
He asserts: “The marketplace is all about giving people an experience.”
Mr Warner adds that the marketplace is also about aiding people develop the way in which they sell products and services.
His comments come as figures from the IMRG Capgemini e-Retail Sales Index reveal UK consumers spent more than £4.67 billion online in December 2008 - a 14.2 per cent rise from the same month in the previous year.
