Burger King to launch £95 burger
A new £95 burger goes on sale at Burger King tomorrow, June 19th.
The meaty monstrosity will go on sale at the fast food chain’s Gloucester Road branch in west London and is thought to be the most expensive ever sold, trumping Selfridges’ £80 sandwich.
However, in a shrewd advertising move, the burger will match the bite of its price tag with some exclusive ingredients.
According to reports it will consist of a combination of black or white truffles, Wagyu Beef and champagne onion straws.
A spokesperson for the fast food chain told the Daily Star last month: “We can confirm that we’re currently developing what will be potentially the UK’s most expensive burger.
“It is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to serving up the best quality ingredients for a range of different pockets.”
The launch follows a £30 Pot Noodle going on sale in Harrods.
Burger King has also added another marketing twist to the pricey burger launch by donating all proceeds of the burger sale to charity Help a London Child.

I so want to buy one. I’m just not sure if the incompetent fools that work behind the counter are responsible enough to create a £95 burger!
